Molly Stockley is currently the Vice President of Hospital Growth at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) in Goodyear, Arizona and has been with the company for eight years. This executive-level position sits on the 10 member Executive Leadership Team at CTCA, and includes both clinical and non-clinical leaders. Molly collaborates with hospital leadership, corporate leadership and both the regional and national Board of Directors to establish marketing/outreach strategies. Molly is responsible for executing on that strategy with the primary mission of raising awareness about CTCA to treat more people who have been diagnosed with cancer. Molly purposefully leads the comprehensive Growth/Marketing arena for a 13-state region, including: Key Market Development (Community Outreach) in 17 demographic market areas; Public Affairs and all hospital communications; Marketing Analytics and Operations; Physician Referrals; Employer Relations; Business Development, Loyalty; Special Events and Volunteers and International Markets.
She has 23 years in the marketing, advertising, broadcasting and media. Prior to joining CTCA, Molly worked in television, in Portland, Oregon and Phoenix, Arizona and within the marketing department with the Anaheim Angels Major League Baseball organization. Additionally, Molly was a sportscaster on television stations in Lafayette, Louisiana, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Seattle, Washington.
Molly is extremely active in the Valley: Kristina A. Stockley Melanoma Foundation, Vice Chair of the 58th Phoenix Heart Ball, Catholic Community Foundation Leadership Circle, Diocese of Phoenix Capital Campaign, Assistance In Healthcare, Goodyear Police Shop With A Cop, Phoenix Symphony, 12th Cancer Support Community Porch Party, 49th American Cancer Society’s Jewel Ball, Phoenix Children’s Hospital West Valley Advisory Member and Charter 100 member.
She is has also been a featured speaker at numerous national and regional events; 2014 United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce National Convention, 2014 Fresh Start Transition to Thrive Luncheon, women’s organizations and events.

Molly is working on her Master’s degree at Boston University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Oklahoma City University, a private university. Molly, from New Iberia, Louisiana, has been in the Phoenix market for 13 years and is married to Robert (Bob), a third generation Arizonan and together they have two boys, Jackson (5) and Jacob (3), who are fourth generation Arizonans.
